MeZeWeZe: Part 3 Prompt
What important, surprising, or otherwise significant lessons can you draw from the life story of the figure you wrote about in Part 2 that you can apply to your own life going forward? Explain that lesson by analyzing the connections between the stories you shared in Parts 1 and 2. (Your draft should be roughly 750 words long. Post it in your learning journal.)
Preparing for Part 4 workshop
What lesson did you learn in the course of writing this project that you believe would be valuable to
all us people committed to growing as social justice scholars and activists? How can you represent that lesson visually, in poster form? Make a rough sketch of your poster on scrap paper and bring it with you to next class. Also bring poster board, which you can get at the university bookstore. I’ll bring some markers to class, along with whatever other art supplies I can dig up. But If you’ve got supplies you’d like to use, definitely bring them.
